Lockmaster Maps has always focused on the quality of its products, however on occasions misprints can happen.
It has been brought to our attention that between February 2019 and July 2019 a small amount of maps in the range were misprinted with a larger border around the top and two sides (approx. 30mm instead of 20mm) and the quality of the print was not up to standard. These maps are also identifiable by the paper type being thicker than usual and having a sheen to it.
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing a quality product, should you have purchased one or more of the misprinted maps, please contact us and we will make arrangements for zero cost replacements.
